Hello! I’ve ordered coffee from several different roasters in the same region, but this one is truly special. It’s delicious, aromatic, and has a sweet, flavorful taste—unlike the others, which only had a smell but no real flavor. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I really enjoy this. I became enamored with honey finished coffee on a trip to Costa Rica. It's been much harder to find than I expected. This definitely reminds me of that trip. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the Black Honey stole my heart.

All around crowd pleaser. Very fruit forward. Great in milky espresso drinks, will definitely punch through.

3 = I like It

UPDATE 5/17/24. this roast is actually perfect and this coffee really opens up with rest. This body is soooo light. So very fruity. Any lighter on the roast and this would be herbal tea.

3.5 to 4. The roast did not destroy the flavor, I could have liked it little lighter as I don't mind funk from naturals or fermented beans. BUT this is a big plus for me: This is enough to trust bean and bean to roast well. So until I have three negative experiences, they are on my list to order from.

Now the bean: let it rest for 10 days, pour over - finer side of medium-fine. Definitely taste strawberry. Lighter berry fruit forward, a little nuttiness of funk, no booziness at all. very pleasant. I suspect some more clarity and other flavors to present with some more age. That being said, red honey as advertised, roast was within realistic expectations and cup has been enjoyable.

These honey process beans make a brew that is among the most delicious coffee I've ever tasted! The aroma they give off when freshly ground is heavenly! And the brew is sweet and satisfying. It makes it worth getting up in the morning!

This is an incredibly sweet coffee with a very smooth finish. I will definitely be buying coffee from and bean and bean again.

Mild Very slight bitterness not objectionable adds a "note" One Tbsp is not strong enough even 2 is still mild Surprisingly translucent in cup not dark as expected Not much of a coffee "note" Did not notice any fruitiness well maybe barely If you favor mild and not objectionable coffee w/ a hint/touch/barely perceptible fruit "note" this one might do it for you as for me i will continue my never ending quest to find coffee which tastes like what it is

First, a tip: if your coffee is roasted as fresh as mine was, let it sit for 2 weeks or so before you dig in. I started drinking mine maybe a week after the roast date, and it was a pleasant, if generic light roast. Honestly, there was little distinguishing it from a decent washed coffee.

Somewhere around the 2-2.5 week mark, though, it changed totally, and became something much more complex, with a heady, slight vegetal funk underneath the fruity notes. Admittedly, this is not my favorite flavor in natural- or honey-processed coffee, but it's not overpowering, and I still enjoyed the coffee overall.

Since trying Bean &Bean we have been very satisfied with the flavor and quality. This Red Honey blend has excellent flavor with zero bitterness even if reheated a cup gone cold. Kind of a silky flavorful sup of joe.

Im really picky when it comes to my morning coffee and I ove the perfect blend of acidity and darkness and sweetness of the Costa Rice honey coffee but yesterday when they took the extra step to help me get my coffee I was touched. You dont see this kind of kindness and service nowadays I felt like a friend not just a customer. Thank you guys.

It's juicy and tastes great on pourover and AeroPress. They have several honey choices but this is personally my favorite type of honey process coffee from Bean & Bean! The packaging is so cute too.
